Call Center - Welcome Specialist 186736

Title: Welcome Center Specialist - Call Center Rep
PAY: $19.50 per
1st Shift: 40 hours per week
Shift: The shift model would require being able to work anytime between 9 AM and 9 PM.
Days: Monday through Friday - See schedule below.
Contract: 1-year contract with a possibility of going direct. This will depend upon job attendance, promptness, and how well you perform on the job.
Location: Hilliard, OH

Work Site Requirements:
1 or more years of customer service experience
People who love to talk; candidates who are true conversationalists and enjoy talking to customers and can get customers to open up and discuss their experience with their new car.

Self-Motivators – Agents will be responsible for completing at least 75 Outbound calls per day and must hold themselves accountable to meet this expectation.

Troubleshooters & Technology Comfortable – Auto enthusiasts who are comfortable with new technology and how to explain features, help set-up, etc.

Curious – Agents will need to be comfortable asking customers questions to understand the root cause of what they may be describing.

Attention to Detail – We use a specific coding logic, and accuracy is very important as it has a direct impact on future product development and quality.

Hours of Operation
Monday-Thursday: 9 am-9 pm, Friday: 9-6 pm – NO WEEKENDS!

Training – In Office
3-4 weeks
1-2 weeks in the classroom
1-2 weeks of practical training
Hybrid – 2 days remote and 3 days in office.

Education:
High School Diploma

Required: 12 months of Customer Service, Customer Relations Experience or equivalent.
1 - 2 years Sales.
