Job Description
Pay: $54.00- $64.00 per hour DOE
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the management and operation of profit & loss (P&L) products, programs, and services. This role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, business growth, and operational efficiency across multiple programs and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and enhancement of products, programs, and services to meet customer needs and financial goals.
Design and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to maximize reach and impact.
Analyze market research and program performance to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high performance, quality, and alignment with program objectives.
Standardize programs across markets where applicable, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Develop and execute long-term program plans, manage budgets, and deliver on financial, regulatory, and customer satisfaction targets.
Address escalated customer concerns and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate across teams to share insights, optimize processes, and implement best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong financial and business acumen with proven P&L management experience.
Exceptional project management and analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Experience in utility or regulated environments, program management, or product development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of electric vehicle technology and solutions is a plus.
Relevant certifications (PMP, PE, or Product Management) preferred.
