Job Description
In the Provisioning Data analyst role the employee is expected to support the system requirements that the provisioning team is responsible for supporting the F135 sustainment deliverables. As part of the F135 Military Engines Center of excellence Organization, the Provisioning team is responsible for ensuring F-35 fleet supportability of the propulsion system. Our group provides 24x7 support in order to have a smooth integration with all disciplines of the F135 value stream.
Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Support of the F135 production/sustainment programs by processing Engineering changes to meet the ALIS staging environment needs.
• Assist the Sustainment Technical Item (STI) initiative to enhance field level logistic information for all SOUs.
• Support ALIS system Management functions to ensure total asset visibility within ATLAS in relation to asset maintenance, tracking function, and precedence status.
• Work closely with the Rolls Royce (RR) team to ensure Lift fan system logistics data are completed within required guidelines.
• Support the critical CSIPT (Customer Support Integrated Product Team) forum for approval of proposed engineering changes.
• Oversee process execution with several functional departments across the value stream including CSE customer service engineering, global service engineering, SUIPT, SE support equipment operations, and LM SPIR team.
• Assist the F135 Provisioning team to support and present in the following forums: Monthly Program Reviews, Weekly RR, SUIPT meetings.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor Degree- Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, Information Technology (Technical or related field), Computer Science.
Experience/Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 & above years of experience required in IT, Analytics, Engineering, or operations.
- Strong understanding of ECs, PYRITS and Team Center
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail and results oriented with good problem solving skills
- Must be able to work well with all levels and functions within the organizations
- Strong customer focus experience with a focus on business results
- Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities
- High energy, dynamic individual who strives for continuous improvement using ACE Tools
- Must be a US Citizen due to govt contracts
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications and SQL
- Ability to analyze complex data to see trends and perform what-if scenario planning
Preferred qualifications:
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certified or ACE Practitioner Aerospace industry experience
