  • The Inspector will work on campus 40 hours / wk. 5 days/week and longer if approved by client.
  • Will manage two projects that are in permitting and design approval process at this time.
  • 1) 19,000 sf headquarters office and admin building renovation.
  • $3.5 million.
  • Existing building will be completely gutted and renovated with new building envelope and finishes, mechanical and electrical systems.
  • 2)  3,000 Sf Historical stone office building renovation.  ($500K budget).  
  • Existing building will be completely gutted and renovated with new building envelope and finishes, mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Will be on site during inspection to monitor progress, quality, submittals, design questions, changes, and deficiencies.
  • Prepare daily reports.
  • Notify client of issues that cannot be resolved in the field.
  • Prepare all project administration documentations i.e. pictures and daily reports.
  • Monitor contractor safety and review billings.
  • College degree in related field may substitute for experience
  • CCM, OSHA, PMP, CQM, preferred.
  • 10 years working experience.
  • Must have strong mechanical electrical and plumbing experience and working knowledge of systems and codes.
  • Must be a self-starter and take initiative.
  • Working knowledge of MEP systems and utilities is preferred.
