There are 3 positions available- 1 will be in the West Tallahassee area and 2 will be near Blountstown.
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of duties needed to ensure the efficient operation of the field office(s) from pre-startup through close down of the office(s).
The Administrative Coordinator assists the Program Manager by coordinating a variety of tasks requiring professional level knowledge and familiarity with program work and required capabilities.
This includes the readiness and availability of hardware and equipment resources, program personnel, status of licensure and certification, availability of and requirements for additional licensure and certification, and suitability of program personnel to meet FEMA security requirements.
Assists in production coordination, and/or in the planning, organization, and documentation of program work.
Collects data and performs research to support program leadership. Performs computations and prepares tabulations and graphs.
Conducts analyses and prepares studies and reports.
Assists in the preparation of contracts, fee proposals, scope of work, and invoices.
Assists in the preparation of task order proposals and presentations.
Assists in the coordination and tracking of project submittals.
Prepares correspondence, including reports, for FEMA review and approval.
Assists in coordinating the work of subcontractors or other staff members involved in program activities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
A minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Database Management as well as general administrative skills
Concentration in or experience with Information Systems, Computer Science, or other information technology related discipline is preferred.
Must have practical experience with developing, managing, and maintaining databases as well as developing presentation ready documents using Microsoft Office software.
Database experience should include experience with identifying new users, managing and deleting users, providing the correct levels of user and administrative access to the database, and providing training to database users and administrators.
Experience includes administration of application, file, and print servers and adding/managing/maintaining databases on a computer network is preferred.
