The Administrative Assistant will support the client on-site Facilities Manager in clerical needs.
Largely handles budgets, purchase orders, managing vendor payments, and misc. tasks related to facilities.
High School Diploma or GED
Associates degree preferred.
2 to 5 years clerical or secretarial experience is preferred.
Must have accounting experience and experience working with vendors.
