The Administrative Assistant supports professionals working on challenging projects, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working with minimal supervision, and multitasking effectively.
Typically supports a large group or department in coordinating project files, managing information flow, or arranging travel schedules and meeting planning.
Responsibilities are generally complex in nature and require independent judgment to accomplish assignments.
Prepares reports, presentations, and or correspondence of a non-standard nature.
May develop new or revise processes and/or procedures or recommend improvements in support of a department or group of managers.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Plus, additional or specialized training preferred; college degree is desirable.
5 or more years clerical or secretarial experience is preferred
Accounts payable and procurement experience is desirable.
Possess excellent skills using Adobe, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of internet/intranet is also necessary.
There could be a possibility for some travel in the future.
