Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
The client is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Preferably they would like a college student who learns quickly, is technologically savvy, and can answer phones and handle general administrative tasks. There is potential for this role to lead to a permanent opportunity based on fit and performance.


Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch). Flexibility available for preplanned engagements or vacations.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and direct calls professionally
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with document preparation and organization
  • Support office staff with day-to-day administrative needs

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Technologically savvy; able to adapt to new systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
