Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist and cover for all administrative staff, as needed
- Work with Marketing Department, as needed
- Arrange all travel, as needed
- Input and update contact information in Salesforce
- Input and update opportunity and project information in Salesforce/Deltek
- Scheduling, calendar management
- Assist Office Manager and Leadership, as needed
- Provide documentation support for project managers
- Special projects, as needed
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of previous administrative experience in an office environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Salesforce, Deltek, and/or TEAMS experience a plus
- 30 - 40 hours per week
