Functional Title: ASN Data Quality Specialist
Client Title: ASN Data Quality Specialist
PAY: 31.00-USD 43.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift Actual Shift: 8 AM to 5:00 PM and 1-hour lunch break; Monday through Friday.
Contract: Long Term contract-possible conversion based on budget
Interview Type: Per the manager’s request
Employee-paid medical benefits are available on the 1st of the month after your 1st day of work.

Job Requirements

Scope:
Efficiently ensures availability, timely provision, and data quality of the required Advanced Shipping Notification (ASN) information provided in time and to the needed quality to support Plant production, PNW1/PNW2 production, Returnable Container, and/or Material Management targets as they align to Plant goals. Interacts with both internal and external process partners to ensure time and quality standards of ASN provision are met

Responsibilities:
Monitors and steers ASN data quality as submitted and provided by external process partners.
Monitors and steers relevant information systems and information sources, including relevant IT (e.g. Idoc data monitoring).
Identifies, classifies, and develops solutions to common errors.
Consistently collaborates with external process partners to improve ASN quality and timeliness.
Communicates and tracks corrective action with internal and external process partners as required.
Requests corrections to submitted ASNs.
Monitors and tracks relevant data and KPIs.
Identifies and continuously develops task set related to ASN data quality.
Steers external and internal service providers supporting with ASN data quality if required.
Promotes the principles and values of manufacturing in daily operations.
Understands and models VPS (Value Added Production System) Principles and concepts of Standard Work and Problem Solving.
Adheres to 5S and Safety Standards and Principles.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Experience:
3+ years of related professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Material Control, Transportation and/or Returnable Container Management
1+ years of experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (preferred).
1+ years of proved communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
Basic language skills in German and/or Spanish (preferred).

Education:
BA/BS degree, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, International Business, or the equivalent of 4 years of professional experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management (preferably in Material Control, Transportation, or Returnable Container Management).
