Job Description
Functional Title: VIA Vehicle Technician
PAY: USC 25.87 - USD 35.00
1st Shift: 40 hours per week
Shift: 6 AM until 2:45 PM – Monday-Friday
Contract: Long-term contract role - ongoing
The position is an ongoing W2 contract. There is no end date projected.
HKA offers employee-paid medical and 401k on the 1st of the month after your 1st day.

Vehicle Technician
Scope:
Performs vehicle campaigns, maintenance, inspections, repairs, and/or service on vehicles for dealer network.
Position Responsibilities:
Repairs problems and performs required maintenance on vehicles to meet the Group Standards.
Responsible for services, including changing wheel sets, tires, exhausts, oil services, vehicle decal installation, and/or paint protection film.
Maintains a clean, safe workstation and professional workshop environment.
Attends technical training courses as required to keep up with current repair procedures.
Review all technical literature to maintain and repair vehicles in accordance with
Group Standards.
Prioritizes work orders and resolves on time.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Education:
High School diploma or GED.
Technical or vocational automotive Degree
(preferred).
Experience:
2+ years of automotive experience.
2+ years of experience working with a variety of automotive and mechanical tools are required to perform vehicle repairs or services.
Valid Driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission.
ASC certification is preferred but not required.
1+ years of skills in Microsoft Office Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred).
1+ years of knowledge of SAP/VMS/VDS (preferred).
