Job Description
Functional Title: Vehicle Technician
PAY: $36.00 per hour
1st Shift: 40 hours per week
Shift: 6:30 AM until 5:00 PM –
Work Schedule - 4/10 shift model. Could be options for overtime on days off, or weekend work if volume demands it.
Contract: 1-year contract
1 PTO day per month on the 1st of each month
11 paid holidays offered.
Required:
Active TWIC Card IN HAND
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED IN HAND
Job Requirements
MUST HAVE:
Candidates with experience working in a shop repairing, running diagnostics tests, oil changes, simple repairs, and inspections are going to be considered.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience within the luxury automotive industry is a plus.
OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
The vehicle technician is responsible for repairing, maintaining, servicing, and performing detailed inspections on brand vehicles to assure each vehicle meets brand standards.
Basic job duties may include but are not limited to:
• Repair problems and perform required maintenance on brand vehicles to the highest quality standards according to approved procedures and within flat rate guidelines when possible.
• Inform unusual findings via the Quality Assurance form.
• Review all technical literature to maintain and repair vehicles in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workstation and assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workshop environment according to standards.
• Attend technical training to acquire know-how of new and revised repair procedures.
