• This position is considered hybrid and requires you to live within 50 miles of a client electronics office: Pittsburgh PA, Portland ,OR and Phoenix AZ. You will be expected to work in the office at least two days per week. Relocation assistance may be provided, as applicable.

• You are expected to provide reliable internet service at home to meet project performance requirements effectively.

• While field walks are uncommon, you must be able to perform them when required. This may involve climbing ladders, crawling under raised access floors, or walking and standing for extended periods.

Position Summary
The Communications Consultant – Account Managers are responsible for managing the development and execution of all communications projects for customer work to ensure message and brand consistency and align with corporate strategies. This includes marketing and brand campaigns, the promotion of products and services and leveraging strategies for multiple channels.


Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Serve as the Account Manager and key communications strategist, advisor and coordinator for Advertising, Brand and Creative Communications. Support development, implementation and evaluation of communications plans based on an understanding of the client and designed to achieve business goals. Coordinate with other stakeholders in Corporate Communications. Provide information and insights to support the ongoing planning and evaluation process.
• Serve as primary point of contact with key clients on their communications projects. Develop and implement project plans including schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients based on understanding their business, their goals, their customers and their issues. Maintain open lines of communication that include the right balance of in-person interaction and attendance at their meetings.
• Collaborate with the Creative Services (copywriters, designers) teams on all marketing, advertising and creative development to ensure consistency and on-strategy execution. Basic Qualifications

This position will be in Aberdeen and cover both Florence and Aberdeen WMS needs. Will be responsible for the administrative duties in support of garage activities for the technicians and supervisors. The WM support team will perform the following duties, but are not limited to:
• Research, prepare, and process invoices for internal and external service work timely and accurately.
• Reconcile consolidated vendor accounts and Fleet personnel credit card expenditures in a variety of Expense Management systems.
• Manage the data entry of garage employees’ timesheets in MyTime for payroll processing
• Process the data entry of garage employees expense reports for charges incurred on client-issued credit cards or direct bill invoices
• Update service management system (Maximo) with service repairs, work order statuses, coding, licensing/registration/renewal, storm related charges and comments related to each Client-owned/leased assets and vehicles
• Assist custodians with vehicles and assets to include preventive maintenance scheduling, licensing/registration (fleet tags, apportion tags), inspection notifications to custodians, and asset reassignment changes

Job Description 
This position will support the Florida Permitting, & Engagement - Permitting Team by verifying and documenting the local permits required to build electrical substations (i.e. construction permits and local zoning/special exception permits). This position will be responsible for managing the acquisition of required local permits for the construction of electrical substations, including assembling permit applications and managing the permit requirements through the permitting process to final close-out of the permits. This position may also manage the acquisition of environmental permits for capital Transmission projects for substation and transmission line projects through close-out of the permits.

Responsibilities Include: 
Provide site development support to acquire local construction permitting for electrical substation projects within Florida territory and acquire environmental permits for Distribution, Transmission line and substation projects. This role will work closely with the substation engineering team for local substation permits and a host of other teams for the acquisition of environmental permits for lines and substations.
Minimum Qualifications 
- A graduate from a college or university with a bachelor degree in science, engineering or other related field of study.
- Job experience in evaluating local zoning ordinances, land development codes and building permit requirements in Florida.
- Job experience (1-5 years) in acquiring environmental permits in Florida
- Experience (1-5 years) in acquiring zoning and construction permits in Florida.
Preferred Qualifications 

• Proficient in gaining site development construction permits and environmental permits in Florida.
• Experience working for an electric utility.
