The Warranty Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of aircraft, component, cabin, and engine warranty claim processes.
Will identify part failures and reliability issues in order to aggregate information to substantiate warranty claims.
Will manage each project until completion, involving frequent discussions with suppliers and internal customers as well as management of claim escalations.
Will engage in frequent face-to-face discussions with internal stakeholders to build warranty awareness across the company on top of regular project based interaction.
Will also support developing improvements to the efficiency, productivity, and performance of the warranty process.
Will collaborate with both SCM and cross-divisional Tech Ops stakeholders.
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain management or other related field required
3-5 years of experience in a related field with airline maintenance and/or operations management required.
Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Warranty processes and metrics is highly preferred.
Must have advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency.
Must have the ability to understand and develop complex spreadsheets and presentations based on business need and interpret to peers and management alike.
Experience in data mining with the ability to perform analytical work as it relates to understanding a business problem and making data driven recommendations through oral and written means to all levels of management is strongly preferred.
