Supplier Management Specialist

The Supplier Management Specialist’s responsibilities will be to set up and maintain supplier records in Oracle Financials.
Assist in the overall reduction of the supplier’s database.
Scan and maintain storage of supplier documentation.
Collect the appropriate statutory forms per country or local tax/waiver certificates.
Communicate with internal and external customers on supplier issues. Responsible for supplier verification for invoice processing. Communicate changes and updates of the Supplier Management Policies and Procedures.
Support audits (process walk through, collect documentation, research).
Provide backup supplier setup support for global regions as needed.
High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent written, verbal, listening, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet multiple priorities and deadlines.
Must possess excellent data entry skills (with minimal errors or omissions).
Proficient with computers, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience working with Oracle Financial or Oracle Purchasing with skills working in setting up suppliers in Oracle.
