Senior Program Support Associate

The Senior Program Support Associate will work cross-functionally and alongside key Military Engine stakeholders and will be taking complex and abstract ideas and building visual components to accurately represent them.
Will be focus on the development and project management of both internal and external briefings for key Military customers requiring direct coordination with the team, management and senior executives.
Will be working with business leaders to understand and parse details of vision and strategy to enable development of visuals.
Will be expected to build visually engaging presentation slides that are intuitive, meaningful, and easy to understand with minimal guidance.
BA/BS in Business, Communications, Journalism, English or related field.
3-5+ years in multi-media design and project management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with specific need for expert skills in PowerPoint and intermediary to expert skills in Excel and Photoshop
Ability to transform sometimes complicated, text-heavy presentations into concise, visually engaging experiences
Working knowledge in Excel and Access
Strong attention to detail and exceptional work ethic
Superior oral communication
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strategic thinker with strong tendencies to think visually
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Collaborative and active listener
