Job Description:

The International Aftermarket Programs Finance and Business Ops Sr Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for the forecasting, planning and analysis, and execution of the International Blackhawk Spares/Repairs support.

Along with business modeling, the Analyst will participate in the Quarterly/Annual EAC (CSR) process and various other financial activities for the Program.

Tasks include assistance with those necessary to meet program requirements, monitor budget/cost performance and contribute to achieve key financial objectives to meet GMSS and company goals.

Provide analytical support and guidance to the Program Management team while working closely with the other Sikorsky finance organizations including GMSS, Core FP&A, and Controllers

Develop and support quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) / CSR reporting process including identification and tracking of financial risks and opportunities, business modeling of the In Service Support activities and foreign currency transactions

Develop and provide key financial reports to Assistant Program Managers (APM) and their assigned Control Account Managers (CAMs)

Support and lead the Risks & Opportunities register and database and forecasting of Program Management

Comprehend and support the complex In Service Support contract, model future cash collections, revenues and costs

Provide timely and accurate analysis for Finance and Executive management

Assist with preparation and supervision of monthly financial commitments

Perform other duties on an as-needed basis

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required
