Senior Asset Care Engineer

The Senior Asset Care Engineer will provide technical leadership to the Breweries in terms of Asset Management implementation to ensure maximum possible equipment reliability.
This position is based on need of the departments but will be mainly focused on data entry work into SAP PM and drawing updates (CAD and P&ID) in AutoCAD and Team Center.
Modification and updates to master data based on the need of the individual departments to be directed by those areas.
This will be accomplished by managing the improvements in equipment reliability, availability and maintainability that optimizes asset life cycle costs utilizing proven improvement methodologies, systems and processes.
Ensures the compliance of the Asset Management Strategy through coaching, mentoring and auditing the AM processes.
Continually strives for continuous improvement in equipment reliability.
Minimizes the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through the incorporation of RAMS into Capital Projects.
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
A minimum of 10 years of hands on leadership experience in a maintenance function
A minimum of 15 years within engineering or maintenance field in a brewery or related operation
Has held a management level (team lead, unit manager) Asset Management position.
Comprehensive knowledge of asset care for the completion of complex assignments
Inventory optimization experience
Proficient in the hands-on application of Asset Management Systems (i.e. Maximo or SAP)
Proficient in a Condition Based Maintenance system
Expert in WCM, TPM, OBM and MBO.
SAP PM working knowledge of system or ability to use another CMMS
Working knowledge of PSM and related processes
Basic understanding of maintenance strategies or equivalent technical knowledge
Mechanical aptitude is desired
