The primary responsibilities of the Quality Tech will be to ensure that QMS is approved, reviewed, revised, distributed, indexed, stored and preserved in accordance with regulatory requirements.
To produce Instruction Books, Data Reference, Installation Operation
Maintenance & Troubleshooting, User Guides
To maintain formal revision control of all QMS documentation and associated Tables of Contents.
To safeguard, store and retrieve “controlled” documents.
To print and maintain hardcopy of the Safety Data Sheet binder
To scan, rename, upload QC-reviewed supplier documentation to the network
To coordinate routine review of QMS documents for both the Calibration Laboratory and the Manufacturing facility.
To maintain entries and attachments in training database.
Monitor M&TE items due for calibration, collect them, request purchase orders for outside calibration facility services, receive calibrated items, complete calibration database record update.
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in working in an environment where emphasis is placed on meeting tight deadlines.
Computer fluency at user level in desktop publishing and word processing.
Program experience needed, but not limited to, PageMaker, Power Point, Word, Adobe Acrobat and Excel.
Competency and proficiency in page layout, design processes, scanning, and presentation formats.
Acquire working knowledge of the hierarchy of a network foundation.
Ability to work in team relationship.
Ability to set and modify priorities, maintains work ethics, and work within different departments effectively.
Ability to work without supervision.
Organizational skills evident to manage revision control.
