Job Description:

The Lead Onsite Recruiter is responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. 

The Lead Recruiter will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of various client job sites and deliver the best talent to the organization. 

The Lead Recruiter achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising hiring managers, and maintaining positive relationships with onsite MSP.

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications

Develops pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing resources, job boards, advertisements, career fairs, technical colleges, and professional networks. 

Maintain current knowledge of industry and market specific information or trends

Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, and emphasizes benefits of perks

Sources candidates via resume databases and networking sites using sophisticated Boolean search language; sources candidates via social media channels and deep web sourcing techniques.

Conducts professional and thoughtful phone interviews that are infused with industry/role specific questions as the conversation dictates

Prepares candidates for interviews; providing logistical information, interview schedule, appropriate attire and expectations for follow up.

Solicits and pursues referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.

Partner with MSP to implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.

Works with hiring manager and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria; relays pertinent information to offsite Recruiting Team.

Provides regular follow up with respective hiring managers, MSP, HKA Duncan office, and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process

Assists in onboarding new employees

Compiles, manages, and updates manpower allocation spreadsheet.  Ensures supporting recruiters are inputting all pertinent information in a timely manner.  

Work Conditions:

90% of time will be spent recruiting

10% of time will be spent developing relationships with MSP and hiring managers seated in the client office (lunches, meetings, etc.)

Travel requires written approval from Director of Recruiting

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

A minimum of 1 year recruiting experience for technical positions required

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Highly organized

Oil & Gas recruiting experience preferred

Thorough knowledge of staffing systems, tools, and applicant tracking systems

Ability to develop and execute a personal time management plan

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
