Job Description:

The Infrastructure Operations Coordinator is responsible for processing drive/walk on, set watch and red badge requests.

Coordinating materials required for jobs/projects and the storage and staging of them.

Creating, routing, and filing all internal permits and external permits, dig instructions, and Creative sign-offs

Will be working with EHS and numerous tech services departments along with our vendors and/or internal team to acquire proper permits, work site instructions, safety plans, and company communications for work being performed.

Manage the materials from quoting, tracking, acceptance and storage. Managing the inventory associated with said materials and being sure that the internal teams have access and understanding of location and timing of materials for a job/task/project.

Create and verify drive on, walk on, set watch and badge needs for our vendors and internal teams to complete UPT Infrastructure work after hours.

Project review with various Creative teams to insure that all work being done is being done in compliance with theming and style requirements Project review with permitting and/or City/County permitting for all inspections, permits, and sign offs on projects are met and obtained.


High School Diploma or GED required
