Fleet and Facilities Coordinator
DOE Denver, CO 80202
The Fleet and Facilities Coordinator will primarily be responsible for data cleanup and organization, including confirmation of assigned driver, location and accounting codes.
Will work with key administrators across the company and third party fleet management vendor.
Fleet review, cleanup and analysis
Communicate and follow up with field personnel on questions related to fleet
From time to time assist with facilities projects – primarily related to inventory count setup, tear down
High School Diploma required
College degree preferred
2+ years’ experience in similar or related/transferable experiences
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite, preferred strong Excel skills with ability to create analyze and report on heavy data sets
