Job Description:

We are looking for a Construction Manager  in the Spartanburg, SC area to start a position in 10+ months.

Qualifications:

Must have 10+ years of Industrial Construction Management experience with projects ranging from $500k to $2million.

Must be proficient with MS Project for scheduling to build & develop sequence, update and track project progress of all disciplines. 

Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must possess leadership skills, drive and self-confidence to handle project, drive the schedules and the ability to influence others.

Ability to work in a team environment and complete small and midsize projects in an efficient manner.

Must be able to work with seamlessly with senior management to make sure the scope and direction of the project is on schedule and milestones are met or adjustments made accordingly.

Strong MS Project and Microsoft Office skills required.          

SAP experience required
