Job Description:

The Analyst participates in the implementation and administration of compensation programs for the Company including job evaluation, salary administration, and annual incentives.

Performs ad-hoc analysis and calculations and generates reports in support of the administration of compensation programs.

Participates in the management of the merit increase process by compiling employee eligibility, position, salary and other information, providing managers with information, and preparing reports for review and approvals.

Maintains and analyzes compensation information, performs ad-hoc compensation analysis, job evaluation and job documentation, and participates in surveys to determine program trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required. HR, Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred but not required

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in compensation.

Proficient with MS Office – Especially advanced Excel skills necessary to perform this role successfully

Success Factors experience a plus

Strong analytical as well as good project management skills

Experience with Towers Watson is a plus
