Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative will interface with end users, installers and dealers of our products and will utilize our company policies to effectively address their issues, complaints and inquiries.
Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, understand every issue and provide solutions •
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in a customer support role
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong/active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Strong computer skills
