The Admin will be responsible for general office duties.
Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
Incoming and Outgoing mail
Coordination of visitors including ordering supplies and lunches
Filing, sorting, copying and maintaining records in one or more databases.
Running weekly and monthly reports
Other assignments as they occur in various functional areas
Associate Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Working experience in an administrative position of 1 + years.
General office skills – good organizational skills – work well in fast paced environment
Advanced skills in Microsoft Based Software such as Word, excel and PowerPoint is essential.
