Description
Facility Services Coordinator (FSC) is responsible for administrative aspects of managing facility operations, maintenance, projects, and support activities of in-house and subcontractor work. Supervises assigned staff, ensures operations are performed in safe manner and manages emergency operational readiness and capability. Acts as point of contact for all contractual, technical, and administrative matters at assigned facilities and communicates with Facility Services Administrator (FSA) and local management on facility activities. The FSC position supports the FSA with Facility Inspections and compliance, Contractor coordination and oversight including Project Management when needed. FSC will also assist in training new FSA and Admin staff with PR, PO procedures and NETS usage. Some travel to other AHM facilities will be required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Background in Facilities or Property Management
